Conditions
- Our prices include the gastric balloon, anesthesia, endoscopic performance incl. postoperative care, all medical
materials, medicaments and food. - All removals are provided free of charge within the approved period of 6 or 12 months.
- One adjustment of the Spatz gastric balloon is free.

*Removal that is later than 6 months for the Gastric balloon or 12 months for the Spatz gastric balloon 14 days tolerance.
Cancellation Policy
You are kindly requested to stick with the scheduled appointment. If you fail to meet the date, there will be a cancellation fee:
- Should you cancel your appointment with more than 14 days’ notice there will be a cancellation fee 100 €.
- Should you cancel your appointment with less than 14 days’ notice there will be a cancellation fee 350 €.
Remaining credit will be paid back to the clients bank account; unpaid balance will be requested.
Please, inform the clinic about changing or cancelling the scheduled appointment via email. If you do not write
an email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged
350 € cancelation fee. We do not apply cancellation fees in case of serious health reasons (medical certificate
is required).
